Privacy Policy

AHT Meter is designed with privacy in mind. The app does not require an account and PB Webdiensten does not operate a server or user database containing your AHT measurements or handling history.

In short: your handling history, AHT measurements, targets and app settings remain locally on your iPhone and are not transmitted by AHT Meter to PB Webdiensten.

1. Information stored by AHT Meter

AHT Meter stores information needed to provide its features, including:

  • individual handling durations;
  • Average Handling Time calculations;
  • dates and times of saved handlings;
  • whether a handling was marked as Complex;
  • your Target AHT;
  • app preferences and settings.

This information is stored locally on your device.

2. Information PB Webdiensten does not receive

AHT Meter does not transmit your personal AHT history to PB Webdiensten. PB Webdiensten does not receive your individual handling durations, AHT history, Complex handling records or Target AHT through the app.

3. No account

AHT Meter does not require registration or an AHT Meter account. You do not need to provide your name, employer, employee number, telephone number or email address to use the app.

4. No advertising

AHT Meter does not contain third-party advertising. Your AHT information is not sold or shared with advertisers.

5. No analytics or tracking

AHT Meter does not use third-party analytics, behavioural advertising or cross-app tracking to monitor your use of the app.

6. Internet transmission

The AHT history and measurements created inside AHT Meter are not intentionally transmitted by the app over the internet to PB Webdiensten or to a PB Webdiensten backend.

The core AHT tracking functionality operates locally on your iPhone.

7. Apple and App Store services

AHT Meter is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple may independently process information relating to your App Store account, purchase, download, device, diagnostics or Apple services under Apple's own terms and privacy policies.

That processing is separate from the AHT history stored by AHT Meter. PB Webdiensten does not receive your AHT history merely because you download or use the app.

8. Device and cloud backups

Depending on your iPhone and Apple account settings, locally stored application information may be included in device or system backups. Such backups are controlled by your device settings and Apple services, not by a PB Webdiensten cloud-storage system.

AHT Meter does not operate its own external cloud storage for your handling history.

9. Data retention

Your AHT information remains stored locally until you delete it, remove the application, reset the device or the information is otherwise removed by iOS.

Because PB Webdiensten does not maintain a server-side copy of your AHT history, PB Webdiensten does not maintain a retention period for that history.

10. Deleting your data

You can permanently delete your saved AHT information at any time from:

Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete All Data

Deleting the app may also remove locally stored application information, subject to iOS and any device backups you have configured.

11. Employers and organisations

AHT Meter does not automatically send your handling information to your employer, supervisor, contact centre or any other organisation.

If you personally choose to show or share information displayed by AHT Meter, that disclosure is initiated by you.

12. Security

The security of locally stored information also depends on the security of your iPhone. Users are encouraged to use iOS security features such as a device passcode, Face ID or Touch ID where available.

No electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely free of risk.

13. Support communications

If you contact PB Webdiensten voluntarily by email, PB Webdiensten will receive the email address, message and any information you choose to include in that message for the purpose of handling your enquiry.

Please do not include confidential employer, customer or personal information that is unnecessary for your support request.

14. Children's privacy

AHT Meter is designed as a productivity tool for users working with Average Handling Time and is not specifically directed at children.

15. Third-party services and websites

Links to third-party services or websites are governed by the privacy practices of those third parties. PB Webdiensten does not control their privacy practices.

16. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if AHT Meter, its functionality or applicable legal requirements change. The current version will remain available on this page.
