AHT Meter is an iPhone app for customer service and contact center professionals who want to monitor and better understand their Average Handling Time.

AHT Meter is a personal measurement and awareness tool. It helps you monitor and understand your AHT, but does not guarantee that a particular AHT target or employment result will be achieved.

What does AHT Meter do?

  • Track individual handling times.
  • Show your live handling time.
  • Calculate your daily Average Handling Time.
  • Compare your result with your personal Target AHT.
  • Mark unusually Complex handlings.
  • Compare Total, Standard and Complex AHT.
  • Review results over different periods.
  • View Smart Guidance and daily insights.

Getting started

Set your desired Target AHT in Settings. Tap Start when you begin a handling and Stop when the handling is finished.

The completed handling is then included in your local AHT history and calculations.

Complex handlings

If a handling was unusually complex, you can mark it as Complex. AHT Meter then allows you to see how Complex handlings affect your overall result.

Results

The Results screen lets you review Total AHT, Standard AHT and Complex AHT over different periods and individual dates.

Smart Guidance & Insights

Smart Guidance and Today Insights help you interpret the measurements recorded in the app and understand your current pace compared with your selected target.

These features are intended for awareness and personal interpretation. They are not employer instructions or guarantees of future AHT results or employment outcomes.

Privacy

AHT Meter does not require an account. Your handling history, measurements and settings are stored locally on your iPhone and are not transmitted to PB Webdiensten.
